Since 1998 Sonnevanck Vastgoed has been a dynamic company offering specialised, innovative and pragmatic solutions for real estate questions. We work through an integral approach: our relations rely on the expertise within our organisation, and our staff and advisers guarantee it.

Roy van Gompel is the face and driving force behind Sonnevanck Vastgoed, owner and real estate adviser. Sonnevanck Vastgoed is an adviser in the field of business premises. With the Sonnevanck Quickscan, among other things, we specialise in lowering rental and operating costs.
We also have in-house expertise in the (re)development of business premises and the sale of investment property. From Eersel, with Brabant roots and a national outlook.
