Strategy and plan
Together we set the objectives and choose the optimal form of collaboration. Including schedule, budget, contract form and clear agreements up front.
Design and permits
We guide the design and permit process. Together with architects, consultants and the municipality we make sure the plan is feasible and permitted.
Realisation and construction
During execution we monitor schedule, quality and budget, with short lines to contractors, client and stakeholders.
Delivery and exit
After delivery we support you with commissioning, letting, management or resale. Even after the project you remain assured of our commitment.
