In the core shopping area of Eindhoven we are redeveloping a striking corner retail building into a modern multi-tenant retail location. The building gets a completely renewed look, a flexible layout and installations that meet today's requirements.

The redevelopment includes splitting the building into several independent retail units, each with its own entrance and facilities. Thanks to its corner position the building has extensive shop frontage on one of the busiest pedestrian routes in the city centre.

Sustainability is central to this project. The building is fully upgraded to energy label A, including new insulation, LED lighting and heat pumps. That way the location remains attractive to tenants and investors in the long term.
