For a national logistics company we developed a modern 8,500 m² distribution centre in Veghel. The building is strategically located on the A50, in the middle of the logistics hotspot of north-east Brabant.
We handled the complete process: land acquisition, planning, permits, tendering and construction supervision. The hall has a clear height of twelve metres, several loading docks and an office section for planning and administration.
The distribution centre was delivered with energy label A, a roof full of solar panels and a well-thought-out logistics routing on the site. The project was completed within schedule and budget and is fully let.
