Retail park Helmond
On a busy home furnishing boulevard in Helmond we redeveloped an outdated 3,800 m² retail cluster. The cluster received a new facade, larger retail units and a shared parking facility.
Part of the programme consists of homes above the shops. That combination of retail and housing creates liveliness outside shopping hours and a better operation of the location.
The project was realised with energy label A and is fully let to national and regional retailers. The redevelopment gave the boulevard a new impulse.
