Practice cluster Tilburg
Near the city centre of Tilburg we are developing a cluster of eight practice premises for general practitioners, physiotherapists, dentists and other healthcare providers. The building is designed around a shared entrance and waiting area.
Each practice unit is flexibly divisible and meets the requirements for medical use: good acoustics, ventilation, accessibility and sufficient parking for patients.
The cluster is being realised gas-free with energy label A. The first healthcare providers have already committed to the project and the permits have been granted; construction starts shortly.
